AKF Partners will offer two different workshops in our Scottsdale office later this year. The first is our CTO Bootcamp, a 3 day deep dive into architecture, organization, process, and finance. The second is our Architect Workshop, a 2 day journey into architectural principles and models to evaluate risk, scalability, and availability.

CTO Bootcamp

This bootcamp goes beyond technology and into business partner communications and relationships, technical leadership, managing conflict and innovation, and models to evaluate product availability and scalability. Our bootcamp is designed for current CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Chief Architects, and other technology executives who want to improve their management, leadership, and technology skills. It is also suitable for Chief Product Officers and senior product managers who wish to get a deeper understanding of the roles their colleagues play within the development lifecycle.

Architect Workshop

The AKF Architect Workshop is designed to arm product architects of all levels with the tools they need to develop, analyze, improve and control highly scalable, fast time to market, low cost of operations, highly available, low cost of development products. The course is a “deep dive” into AKF proprietary models, methods, approaches and principles. This is an interactive class where you learn from both AKF instructors and classroom peers.
