John is a successful tech entrepreneur in the ecommerce, video, social and influencer spaces with acquisitions by Rakuten and Rue Gilt Groupe. He has served as both founding CEO & CTO and is a patent-holding inventor with hands-on experience in B2C, B2B & B2B2C application design, software development, system architecture, data analysis, cloud computing, SaaS, artificial intelligence and blockchain. Founded-company clients include Verizon, PNC Bank, LG Electronics, Starbucks, Discovery Channel, Mattel, Clinique, Black & Decker, Elite Modeling, America’s Got Talent, Denver Broncos, Coach, TRX, GNC and Footlocker. He has also worked extensively in the health care data sector.

John holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University, where he was a triple jumper on the Big Ten Championship Track & Field team. He has also been known to occasionally play guitar at local Bethesda, MD pubs.
