With over 15 years of progressive experience spanning human resources, financial operations, and administrative leadership, Trisha Williamson brings a powerful combination of precision, process management, and people-centered leadership to her role as Operations Manager at AKF Partners.

Before joining AKF Partners, Trisha built an impressive career managing financial systems and operational functions for a range of organizations in Austin, Texas. As HR and AR Coordinator at BOSS JCB, she streamlined HR processes, ensured payroll and compliance accuracy, and managed accounts receivable and financial reporting. Her ability to align HR functions with operational objectives strengthened internal workflows and improved organizational efficiency.

During her tenure as Billing Manager at Texas Monthly Magazine, Trisha oversaw billing operations, vendor management, and large-scale data integrations. She successfully led a full system migration from Ad System to AD Sales Genius—a transformation that optimized reporting accuracy, streamlined revenue tracking, and improved team collaboration. Earlier in her career at Tiki Trucking, she managed high-volume accounts receivable operations, coordinating complex billing and collections processes across multiple business locations while maintaining exceptional accuracy and timeliness.
Now at AKF Partners, Trisha applies her comprehensive background in finance, HR, and operational strategy to drive organizational performance, enhance process efficiency, and support scalable business growth. Her strengths in compliance, data systems, and cross-department collaboration ensure that AKF Partners operates with both precision and agility—qualities that directly support the firm’s mission to empower and guide clients toward sustainable success.

Trisha studied and is proficient in a range of business technologies, including ADP, QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle HRIS. Known for her leadership, integrity, and operational excellence, she plays a key role in shaping AKF Partners’ internal structure to meet the evolving needs of its people, partners, and clients.
