Stephanie is a Senior Level Executive Leader with 20+ years of demonstrated experience managing high performance Technical and Program Management teams, delivering global enterprise level strategic & technology programs while successfully governing Project Management Offices (PMO’s).  Stephanie has executed Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure product requirements, development, testing and implementations.  She has a strong talent in building, collaborating and partnering with cross functional teams to deliver revenue driving business outcomes.

Stephanie has achieved Business to Consumer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) innovation through e-Commerce, IT, multichannel web, mobile, e-commerce and technology solutions. She is highly skilled at driving business process improvement, change management, stakeholder and executive alignment, Human Resources business partnerships, customer success management and financial budgets. Stephanie inspires and supports an inclusive and diverse strategy and culture.

Prior to joining AKF, Stephanie spent the significance of her career as Vice President of the Online Technology PMO at a New York based company, Full Beauty Brands where she established and governed the 1st ever Directive PMO for the $5.6 billion global corporation. This PMO supported B2C and B2B multichannel solutions and enterprise level programs for twenty US & European websites supporting seven languages. During her tenure, Stephanie helped build from the ground up with the SVP of Technology a diverse team of ~128 dynamic resources and launched the first global corporate centralized e-Commerce platform, that generated over $801 million yearly in internet sales. She was a leader helping to achieve the corporate digital transformation, increasing the overall B2C profitability of the web channel by 57% + of company’s sales. Stephanie spearheaded the enterprise level Agile Scrum transformation for the company & technology organization increasing cross functional team efficiency, collaboration, productivity, and delivery of revenue driving strategic programs.

In her earlier career, Stephanie successfully performed various roles in web e-Commerce Program & Project Management for companies such as Starpoint Solutions NY and Philips Electronics NJ. At Beneficial Financial NJ, she held positions as an Internet Director and Web Audit Specialist. Stephanie was also a Senior Information Technology Auditor for Coopers & Lybrand NY and began her career journey as a Software Developer at Bell Communications NJ.Stephanie holds a BS in Computer Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She has completed significant trainings and certificates during her career in PMOs, Program & Project Management, Product Lifecycle Development, Agile Methodologies, Scrum Best Practices, Executive Leadership and Management.

Stephanie enjoys volunteering, fitness, cycling, horseback riding, travel and has a passion for
