The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10- 15 years of technology and software development experience, ideally with deep expertise in Software as a Service as a CTO. The individual must have proven experience in managing web-based technology infrastructures and product development with a thorough knowledge in software development methodologies, design, and implementation. An ability to travel 40+ weeks per year and a reputation for technical leadership are critical.
Other experiences that considered important are:
• Experience deploying architecture and systems at great scale with very high availability and low cost.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile operating environment balancing business needs with a solid commitment to development excellence.
• Knowledge of a diverse range of technologies and platforms.
• Comfortable with multi-tasking, resolving competing priorities, and meeting project deadlines.
• A technical undergraduate degree (CS or CE) and preferably a masters.
