Phillip is a seasoned technology executive with over 15 years of experience in Silicon Valley and more than 11 years consulting for diverse clients. Prior to joining AKF in 2020, he served as an executive at Future Point of View (FPOV), providing strategic technology advisory services across industries like insurance, manufacturing, municipalities, and public education. Phillip holds an MBA from Wharton, equipping him to effectively navigate complex organizations and guide them in optimizing their mix of people, processes, and technology.

At FPOV, Phillip focused on teaching clients about digital maturity, enhancing capabilities with new platforms, and safely replacing large enterprise systems. He also spoke at various conferences on topics such as Smart Cities, Blockchain, Data Science, Data Intelligence, and Technology Governance.

Previously, Phillip was with Pariveda Solutions, developing enterprise architects and aiding organizations in strategic technology use. He also spent nine years at eBay Inc. as an IT leader, driving initiatives in IT Service Management, enterprise collaboration, content management, cloud, mobile, business intelligence, and more. He introduced Agile development and supported global IT operations at eBay.

Phillip began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), specializing in data warehousing and delivery methodology. After earning his MBA from Wharton, he co-founded a startup and secured a US patent.
