Operations Manager

Stephanie is responsible for company operations, client scheduling, and project administration.

Prior to joining AKF, Stephanie worked as a Commercial Account Manager for CVS Health in Scottsdale, AZ.  She coordinated day-to-day account administration to match client needs and priorities through CVS Caremark’s value of service. She managed client-related projects and engaged in follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction. She was also the client’s advocate across the Prescription Management Benefits operations.

Previously, Stephanie worked at Comcast Cable Communications for 17 years. She held roles in Business Operations, Accounting, and Finance where she maintained department budgets, provided forecasting and monthly reconciliations.  Additionally, Stephanie’s experience includes Specialized Account Management for high profile business clients.  Being the liaison between the client and the field technicians, she provided technical troubleshooting for their computer networks and digital voice systems.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. She remains committed to continuous learning opportunities through various associations and experiences.
